A process that respects your time
We respond to all applicants as quickly as possible.
Most roles involve 3–4 interview or assessment rounds (internships typically have 2).
The full process usually takes 3–5 weeks, depending on scheduling and any take-home work.
Real-world assessments
We focus on evaluating how you’d perform in the job, not theoretical puzzles. Expect things like portfolios, practical assignments, or role-specific discussions.
Fair and structured evaluation
Multiple interviewers independently assess candidates using structured rubrics before discussing outcomes, to reduce bias and ensure fair evaluation.
Offers based on your ability, not your history
We make offers based on the level of work you demonstrate you can perform, not your previous salary, years of experience, or education pedigree.
