Background

Public officers often work together with people outside the government and need to collect files from them. The tools they have now, like encrypted thumb drives, are not easy to find and use. Other options like FormSG or email have limits on file sizes and can be hard to manage when dealing with a lot of files.

Solution

With Highway, public officers are now able to:

Easily create and share personalised submission links with recipients
Collect files securely on the platform with end-to-end encryption
Monitor when recipients have uploaded the requested files through email updates

Impact

Enabled >1,400 public officers across 119 agencies to collect documents
Collected > 5,000 documents (as of Aug 2023)
